Allow splitting tasks. Sometimes users forget to switch to another work log, so splitting tasks in retrospect could be beneficial.

The current workaround is to manually adjust the end date of the last task and add new tasks that require setting a start date. If we provide another way to start after the last task - it could simplify things as well.
