hi how can all team member see each others working progress?

Hi Skyeee, to manage visibility there are 2 ways:

Make user administrator in Administator tab, that will allow user to see all others worklogs in Reporting or in Team tabs
Go to Administration section of the app, choose user and set his Supervisor in settings. So now supervisor will see all the worklogs of that user. If that user in turn is supervisor to other users, the top level supervisor will see all the downstream users worklogs in Reporting and Team tabs.
